Rust, char, lichen and bone — surfaces that record what happened to them.
Most brand photography is about condition: new, clean, resolved. This study is about the opposite — surfaces that carry evidence.
Collected as reference for texture, print stock and finish decisions. Several of these directly informed the material palette of the leather and packaging work.
